The material used for this product is a 8mm / 10mm acrylic. From there we cut the sheets down to bespoke sizes and holes are drilled for mounting with barrel mounts. This is printed on a 2m wide flatbed UV dried inkjet printer, capable of printing on any substrate up to 40mm thick by any length. The inks are UV stable, and need to be UV cured on to the material to ensure a watertight and firm grip - this makes the inks near impossible to remove with out the aid of chemicals or chipping the surface its self. The inks have an excellent CMYK reproduction spectrum giving a rich deep feel to images making these art works a stunning addition to any modern interior. Waterproof and suitable for outdoor use.

Printed onto 500 gsm wipeable polyester cloth, our canvas range is extremley vibrant and durable. The precision dye sublimation printing process ensures the highest standard of printing, giving the most vibrant and in-depth colours of any print system. Results of testing the fabric independently at Intertek Testing showed the fabric to be almost indestructible, allowing the printed cloth to be used for almost every product. These prices are market leading for such a print process and will outshine any other inferior print process.

The production involves a highly controlled gluing process using a high quality printed image, aluminum and plexi glass. This sandwich action guarantees adhesion without air-bubbles and works to enhance fine details within the image or artwork and brings the whole product to life.
