Printing & Framing
WHAT TYPE OF GLASS DO YOU USE?
All framing options offered online have standard glass. If you would like to upgrade to non-reflective glass please contact us for a quote. For all international shipping orders, we upgrade to acrylic. Acrylic is more durable and won’t break in transit, while maintaining the same appearance as glass.
CAN I CUSTOMISE MY ART PRINT AND FRAME?
If you require a custom print or frame size, or would like different framing options, please let us know. All orders are custom made, so cropping, resizing, and in some cases colour adjustments are possible.
CAN ALL YOUR PRINTS BE FRAMED?
Yes, all prints can be framed. We suggest preferred framing for some pieces, but everything can be tailored to your specifications.
DO YOU HAVE INTERNATIONAL PRINTING AND FRAMING PARTNERS?
Yes, we work with printers and framers worldwide to reduce shipping time and costs. We currently operate in the UK, USA, Europe, and China.
CAN I SEE HOW THE IMAGE WILL LOOK ON MY WALL?
Yes, we offer a free mock-up service. Simply email us a photo of your wall with measurements and we will create a visual preview.
IF I GIVE YOU MY OWN ARTWORK TO FRAME, ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes, our workshops are fully insured. Our team is experienced in handling valuable artwork and provides a white-glove service.
CAN YOU ORGANISE INSTALLATION?
Yes, we can arrange installation through a trusted, highly experienced installation partner.

HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept major credit cards (including American Express) and PayPal. For bank transfers or phone payments, please contact us. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM GMT.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

DO SHIPPING CHARGES APPLY OUTSIDE THE UK?
We offer free UK and international shipping on art prints. Framed items outside the UK will incur shipping charges, even if produced locally. You can request a quote before ordering or we will confirm costs after purchase.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
As all artworks are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. In such cases, we will replace it.
MY PRINT ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please contact us and we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
DO DUTIES & TAXES APPLY?
International orders may be subject to local duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
