If, like many, you are experiencing a serious case of the January blues, then this outing is sure to put a smile back on your face. The 27th edition of the London Art Fair takes place from 21-25 January 2015 at the Business Design Centre, Islington, London.
The London Art Fair, the largest in the UK, boasts works from the early 20th century to the present day and covers everything from photography and paintings to sculptures and ceramics, so there's guaranteed to be something to satisfy every art lover. The Fair provides a supportive environment for collectors of all levels, where Museum quality Modern British art is combined with contemporary work from today's leading artists.
There's an immense multitude of passages and routes to navigate throughout the Art Fair, where you'll find a fantastic collection of art work. In the Main Fair, you'll find gallery exhibitions from the likes of Askew Art, Beardsmore, Crane Kalman and Edgar Modern, who all specialise in Contemporary Modern Art.
Alongside that, there's also sections focusing on younger galleries, new work and contemporary photography. The Art project features large-scale installations, solo shows and group displays, alongside an extensive Film Programme presenting a selection of experimental film and video work, whilst Photo50 is a guest- curated exhibition of contemporary photography. Not only that, there's also an extensive programme of art related talks, tours, performances and film screenings to keep you entertained and offer you some inspiration.
